Refund Policy – Wayne Hastings

I, Wayne Hastings, strive to provide high-quality graphic design services to my clients. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, I understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process to initiate a refund request.

Scope of Refund Policy: This policy applies to all graphic design services provided by Wayne Hastings.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: a. Quality Issues: If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be revised or fixed to your satisfaction. b. Service Non-Delivery: If I fail to deliver the requested services within the agreed-upon timeframe without reasonable cause. c. Cancellation of Services: If you decide to cancel the project before work has commenced or within a specified period of time as agreed upon in the contract.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances: a. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the project after work has commenced or if the project is already completed. b. Client’s Failure to Cooperate: If we are unable to complete the project due to a lack of necessary cooperation or information from your end. c. Force Majeure: If circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war, prevent us from delivering the services as agreed.

Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, you must contact us in writing at wayne@waynehastings.net within 14 days of the project completion date or the occurrence of the eligible circumstance. Your refund request must include the following details: a. Your name and contact information. b. Project details and invoice number. c. Reason for the refund request, providing supporting evidence if applicable.

Refund Evaluation and Processing: Upon receiving your refund request, we will evaluate it based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification, if necessary, to assess the situation properly. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of our decision regarding the refund within 20 days.

Refund Options: If your refund request is approved, we will proceed with the refund according to the following options: a. Full Refund: We will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the specific project via the original payment method used. b. Partial Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the project was affected by the eligibility criteria.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to: a. Any third-party expenses incurred during the project. b. Prepayment or upfront fees explicitly mentioned in the project agreement. c. Fees for services already rendered and accepted by you.

Amendments to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Cancellation Policy – Wayne Hastings

I, Wayne Hastings, understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a project or service. I strive to maintain transparency and fairness in my business practices. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for canceling graphic design projects or services.

Scope of Cancellation Policy: This policy applies to all graphic design projects and services provided by Wayne Hastings.

Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel a project or service, the following guidelines will apply: a. Written Notice: You must provide a written notice of cancellation to Wayne Hastings via email or other written communication. b. Cancellation Charges: Depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed, cancellation charges may apply. These charges are intended to cover costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. c. Timely Notice: The notice of cancellation must be provided within a reasonable timeframe, as specified in the project contract or agreement. Failure to provide timely notice may result in additional charges.

Cancellation by Wayne Hastings: In rare circumstances, Wayne Hastings may need to cancel a project or service. This may occur due to factors such as unavailability of resources, unforeseen events, or if continuing the project is deemed unfeasible. In such cases, I will: a. Provide Notice: We will promptly notify you of the cancellation and the reason behind it. b. Refund or Adjust Payments: If any payments have already been made for the canceled project or service, we will refund or adjust them accordingly.

Refunds for Canceled Projects or Services: Refunds for canceled projects or services will be handled as follows: a. Partially Completed Projects: If a project is canceled after work has commenced but is not yet completed, we will assess the work completed and charge accordingly. Any remaining balance will be refunded or adjusted. b. Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been rendered, we will refund or adjust the payment accordingly. c. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees may be non-refundable, such as third-party expenses already incurred or any services already rendered and accepted by you.
